Here’s how to celebrate Earth Day on Monday and Tuesday across the city:

🌸 Monday, April 22: Grand Hyatt’s Queen Bee Coronation

📍 Grand Hyatt Denver, 1750 Welton St.

🕔 5:00–7:00 PM | 💵 Free | RSVP Here (optional but encouraged)

Start your Earth Day with a buzz—literally. The Grand Hyatt just installed two urban beehives on its rooftop and they’re throwing a “Queen Bee Coronation” to mark the occasion.

👑 Highlights include:

• A Vendor Market featuring sustainable businesses

• The big Queen Bee reveal (name chosen by the public!)

• Live music by Dave Preston

• Cocktails & bites for purchase

• Beekeeper Q&A, giveaways, and more!

🌍 Tuesday, April 22: Earth Day at the Denver Botanic Gardens

🌿 Two Locations: York Street & Chatfield Farms

🕘 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM (activities) | Entry is FREE (advance ticket required)

At York Street:

• Hands-on nature activities & info booths

• Art-making with the School of Botanical Art & Illustration

• Tours, science chats, and surprise visits from the Botanicycle

• Short nature films in the Sturm Family Auditorium

At Chatfield Farms:

• Drop-in discovery tours & garden learning stations

• Wetland tractor rides to spot native plants & animals

• Family-friendly art projects

• Conservation tips to green your own space
