🌟 Fun Fact: The Garden City of the Plains
Did you know? Highland wasn’t always a part of Denver! It was its own city, incorporated in 1875, and earned the nickname “Garden City of the Plains” thanks to its residents’ devotion to planting trees and lush gardens. Highland officially became part of Denver in 1896, but its historic charm and green spaces remain a defining feature of the neighborhood. 🌳🏡✨
Next time you’re strolling through Highland, take a moment to appreciate its deep roots—literally and figuratively! 🌿🌇
See you next time, Denver! 🎉🍀 #StayLucky
